SHIPPING

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. Domestic orders within the continental United States will take  3-4 business days to arrive after shipping. International orders & orders outside the continental United States may take 5-15 business days to arrive but could take longer depending on your country. You will be provided a tracking number via email or text once you place your order and when it has shipped out.

All art prints, stickers, and apparel SHIP FREE.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipments outside the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The price may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will reduce the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery smoother.

RETURNS 

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale. We offer size exchanges for clothing. Please read the product descriptions carefully and note the clothing size chart to ensure your desired fit. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@highwestwild.com

REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please get in touch with us at hello@highwestwild.com with photos of incorrect/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you. 

CANCELATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

Due to orders being automatically processed shortly after placing your order, we cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. However, please reach out as soon as you notice an issue with your order. hello@highwestwild.com

If an item is returned due to putting in the incorrect address during checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. 

DAMAGE AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Our supplier strives to keep all damage under 1%, and we ask for your patience if something has arrived in less-than-perfect condition. 

We will make the right of any damage reported within 21 days of receipt. You don't need to return the damaged print, clothing, or sticker; we will ship you a replacement.
